3-hour Workshop
In this workshop you'll learn different tools to help your clients befriend their bodies and their somatic awareness in ways that are gentle and engaging. We'll discuss some of the reasons why it is so hard for some people to drop in, and why we, as trauma-informed practitioners, should never force them into that. We'll also practice pacing our sessions in a way that feels nurturing and regulating for those working with us.
