Since I first started offering somatic-based coaching, my main curiosity as a practitioner has been to facilitate my client’s journeys into the rich and wise landscape of their somas.
At this stage of my business, I’ve worked with more than 100 individual clients, and in all these years and hours of practice, I’ve noticed that each person gets to this work with a different level of embodied awareness and familiarity with their body-minds.
Just like most of other VITA™ coaches, I’ve felt stuck, frustrated, and lost when I’d invite a client to notice what was going on in their bodies as they expressed a given goal, or accessed an image in their five senses reality, and they simply couldn’t notice anything.
So many times, I saw myself battling with clients who insisted in staying attached to a narrative and wanting to address everything from the mind, from their reasoning.
I came across self-doubt, disbelief in the efficacy of the methodology and feeling defeated in my early attempts to guide clients into their body-minds.
What started as a huge challenge to the kind of coaching I KNEW I could offer, ended up becoming one of my coaching superpowers.
- I started reading and studying more about the foundations of somatic coaching.
- I enrolled in different classes and workshops to learn more about embodiment from experienced teachers.
- I started my Somatic Experiencing Training.
- I trusted the power of simple and easy practices to support my client’s embodiment journeys.
And I experimented A LOT in sessions.
I tried different approaches with different clients.
I learned how to talk about somatic embodiment in simple terms.
I used simple practices repeatedly to see how they’d support folks over time.
This rich and investigative path has helped me meet clients where they are at, and to help them befriend their bodies, understand the importance of integrating and expressing the body-mind-spirit in their journeys, so healing and embodied transformation is available.

I have an Education BA, Business MBA, Ontological Coaching Certification, VITA™ Sex, Love and Relationships 1-year Certification and completed the 3-year Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Healing Training.
Working with hundreds of clients worldwide, both in my coaching practice and also as a Senior Teacher on faculty at Layla Martin’s VITA™ Coaching Certification, I have witnessed the power of somatic embodiment as a healing and empowering path.
I see myself as a body enthusiast, passionate about the wisdom and healing power of our bodies and all the ways we are able to integrate mind-body-spirituality in a conscious and loving way so we can thrive.
In my 1:1 coaching, I help people trapped in past trauma heal, regain their sense of power, agency and erotic aliveness so they can thrive in all areas of life.
As a mentor and teacher to Sex, Love and Relationship Coaches, I offer ongoing support with Case Consultations (supervision), continued education and sustainable business development.
