I too have an inner sorceress who lived in the shadow.
For a long time — longer than felt comfortable to admit — there was a part of me I kept in the dark. Not because she was wrong. Because the world made her unsafe to show. The one who knew things she couldn’t always explain. The healer carrying the medicine of her ancestors. The energetic alchemist. The woman who could move between realms in ceremony and feel the land speak.
I started offering erotic work in small women’s circles in Brazil, in 2018 — quietly, intimately, in spaces where the fire felt contained enough to be safe. Over years and oceans and life upheaval, I brought it into online containers: my work at VITA, Sacred Remembrance Rituals, intentional spaces where women could go deep together even through a screen. And still, for far too long, there was a part of me that kept the most potent medicine in the cave.
I know now that the cave has its gifts. The cave is where we tend what is most precious, where we keep the fire alive when the outside world is too cold for it. I am not asking you to abandon your cave.
I am asking you to know — as I am learning — that she can also walk out into the light of the sun. That your inner sorceress can be seen by her village, received with warmth and recognition and love, and return to the cave whenever she chooses. Because she belongs in both.
MYSTIQUE is born from that knowing. Not from having arrived — but from being on the path, a few steps further along, still tender, still choosing visibility over safety every time I create something like this. Still asking: will people believe me? And choosing to create anyway.
I had to postpone creating this retreat. Pregnancy. Then our daughter Bella’s illness. Life asked everything of me, and I gave it. And in the waiting, something clarified: I did not want to keep offering this work only online, although I absolutely love doing it on screen too! But this medicine also belongs in bodies, on the land, in shared physical presence. In the same room where we sweat together and laugh together and expand our energy in ways that are tangible and real.
MYSTIQUE is my wildest, boldest dream. And it is the antidote I know how to offer to a world that is fracturing.

What moves through you over five days.
This is not a curriculum to complete. It is a journey — a movement through five distinct thresholds on sacred land.
The shape of our days is intentional, but not fixed. I listen to the group. I listen to the land. I follow what is alive in the moment. What unfolds may shift — in timing, in emphasis, in form — in service of what wants to move through us together.
Day 1 — Sunday: Arrival & Attuning
You arrive as yourself — already on the path, already initiated, already carrying depth. The first gift is simply this: you are not alone in it. We meet as a circle of seekers and practitioners who understand erotic devotion as a way of life. We breathe together. The rhythms of all our bodies begin to synchronize. Something in you softens that you didn’t know was still braced. We open in ceremony, set collective intention, and let the land begin its work.
Day 2 — Monday: Into the Shadow
We descend. We move into the realms of the shadow — not to fight what we find there, but to retrieve it. You meet the parts of yourself you knew existed but weren’t sure you had permission to claim. The erotic mystic. The sex witch. The wise woman who has been tending her fire in the dark. We bring them to the light in the presence of witnesses. That witnessing is the medicine.
Day 3 — Tuesday: Worship & Integration
Now those retrieved parts show you how you specifically worship at the altar of your body. Not how you were taught. Not how you have performed it. How your body, your shadow self, your inner sorceress, your mystic actually moves in devotion. Through ritual and Somatics, we let these parts teach us about their power, their depth, their capacity for expansion.
Day 4 — Wednesday: The Vortex
A potent circle of women and gender-expansive people — with retrieved, expanded, embodied power — in the same room, on the same land, at the exact hinge of the season. The energy doesn’t stay contained. It merges. We create what I can only call a vortex: a resonance field, a transmission, a prayer that moves beyond the yurt, beyond the valley, into the mycelial network of the emerging earth. We were not sure if we had permission. And then we felt okay with it — so much so that we overflowed.
Day 5 — Thursday: The Blueprint & Departure
You leave not finished — integration continues in the weeks and months ahead. But you leave resourced. Carrying a blueprint. A felt-sense memory in your body of what your deepest power actually feels like, so you can find your way back to it, on your own, again and again. MYSTIQUE has been a portal. A quiet, private room in the Toll House with either a queen or king bed. Some rooms include an in-room bath, while others have a nearby shared bathroom. Ideal for those wanting space to land, rest, and integrate on their own.

Whispertree Retreat sits on land that has been inhabited and actively nourished for thousands of years by the Tabahtea people of the Pomo nation. We do not come to this land as visitors passing through. We come as relational beings who want to share — so that everybody benefits from each other’s medicine.
We enter into somatic relationship with the well, wise ancestors of this land — those who want to be heard, who want to teach us, and who welcome us to bring our own unique lineages and ancestries into the space.

This work will not make you immune to the full range of human experience. You will still feel grief, fear, and the complexity of being alive in this world. What shifts is your relationship to your own depths — your access to the parts of yourself that carry the most medicine, and your felt-sense knowing that you have permission to inhabit them.
MYSTIQUE is not therapy and does not replace individual therapeutic support. If you are in active crisis around your sexuality or your mental health, I ask you to tend that first — and I would be glad to recommend resources. What I can honestly promise: five days on sacred land, held with somatic care and spiritual range, in community with women and gender-expansive people who carry the same depth you do. Frequently Asked Questions
MYSTIQUE is designed for practitioners who already have some experience with embodiment, somatic work, or sacred sexuality containers. It is a deepening offering, not an introduction. If you are newer to this work, I invite you to explore Tending the Jade or a 1:1 session with me first.
MYSTIQUE is built on trauma-informed somatic principles and I hold this container with Somatic Experiencing training. That said, this is a group container with significant erotic activation — it is designed for those who can resource themselves within that activation without needing individual support to stay safe. If you are unsure, please reach out before registering and we can discern together.
MYSTIQUE is an intimate container of twenty — and every spot held is a spot unavailable to another person who may be called. For this reason, please refer to the policy below.
A non-refundable deposit of USD $750 is required to secure your place in the circle. This deposit is held regardless of when or why a cancellation occurs.
If you cancel on or before July 10, 2026: The balance of your payment, minus the $750 deposit, will be refunded in full.
If you cancel between July 11 and August 10, 2026: 50% of your balance, minus the $750 deposit, will be refunded.
If you cancel after August 10, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Transferring your spot: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at [email protected] so we can update the circle accordingly.
And… of all people, I know life is unpredictable. These policies exist to honor the integrity of the container, all the financial commitment with the venue and contractors, and the people who are holding space within it — not to penalize anyone. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please reach out directly and we will do our best to hold you with care.
MYSTIQUE is an in-person portal — designed specifically for what can only happen in bodies, on the land, together. It will not be recorded. What happens at Whispertree stays in the circle.
